Emergency Appointment

Foot pain doesn't wait for clinic hours. If you're struggling with a sudden or severe problem—an acutely ingrown nail, suspected infection, a painful foreign body, a split/tear, or a diabetic foot concern—we can assess and treat out of hours. We'll triage by phone, advise the best immediate steps, and arrange an urgent slot where appropriate. Treatment focuses on rapid pain relief, safe reduction of the problem, and a clear follow-up plan.

If you have rapidly spreading infection, fever, uncontrolled bleeding, or a medical emergency, use NHS 111 or attend A&E. Home visits may be available if you can't travel. Payment for out-of-hours care is taken in advance when booking.
